We are pleased to open bus registration for the 2026-27 school year. New this year: Bus registration will only be available to families who have completed registration and all medical requirements.
In order to be able to enroll riders and prepare routes, registration for bus service will close at 5 PM on Tuesday, July 28. Your enrollment is a full-year commitment and there will be no refunds. If you register after July 28th, there is a $100 non-refundable late fee, and you will be added to the waiting list.
We are happy to share that Agudath Israel of Illinois is pleased to once again administer state grant funding through the Transportation Voucher Program to help offset school transportation costs for students in grades K–8. With much siyata d’shmaya, AIOI was able to significantly increase the state funding for the 26-27 school year, and accordingly, the voucher amount is being increased significantly as well. We are grateful for all of AIOI’s efforts in making this happen.
For the 26-27 school year, AIOI is offering a voucher covering up to $950 of transportation costs per route. Grant regulations restrict the voucher’s use to actual transportation costs only; it may not be applied toward any ancillary or administrative costs. We anticipate that the voucher will fully cover the cost of actual transportation, and we will only be charging $150 per route to cover the school’s and AIOI’s ancillary and administrative costs, which cannot be covered by the grant.
To receive vouchers, parents must complete a separate, short online Transportation Voucher Application from AIOI to receive a unique voucher code for each child, per route, before registering for busing on the school’s portal. Once you have the voucher codes, you can register on the school’s portal, where the voucher code must be entered to receive the subsidized price. Once verified by AIOI, the cost will be only $150. Please note that without a valid voucher code, the full cost ($915 per route) will be charged. This subsidy voucher is available equally to all families in the school, with no income eligibility requirements.
JDBY will be having both AM and PM busing. The JDBY Administration stipulates that the buses should arrive to school 15 minutes before school start time. JDBY AM buses will need to arrive by 8:25 AM. This will be taken into consideration when making routes and estimated pick-up times.
YTT will have morning busing for both Minyan students and at 8:30; YTT PM busing will include the 3:45 and 4:30 dismissals, as well as Friday, Sunday and early dismissals. Busing for the YTT summer program is included.
If you would like bus service for when 6th grade minyan begins in November, you need to register on the school’s busing portal before July 28 to secure a spot. Enrollment after July 28 will incur a $100 late enrollment fee and will be waitlist-only status. If you want to apply for a voucher for minyan busing, you must apply now and enter the voucher code on the school’s busing portal.
YTT busing will run Sunday – Friday and JDBY busing will run Monday – Friday.
There will be no Nursery and Pre-Nursery busing.

- Select the desired bus routes for each child
- Enter the AIOI voucher codes

* If you forgot your credentials you can click Send new login and password please! and enter an email that is on file with JDBY-YTT.
** Bus Registration will NOT be accepted without payment. There will be NO refunds even if bus service is suspended at any point in time.
Please sign up as soon as possible to ensure your child’s seat on the bus. The final deadline to sign up for busing is Tuesday, July 28th at 5:00 pm. If you register after July 28th, there is a $100 late fee per family, and you will be added to a waitlist.
You will receive an email confirmation when your bus registration is successfully processed. If you do not receive the confirmation email, your bus registration is NOT complete, and you should please contact the Executive Office.
